Types of services

The following advanced service configuration will determine the type of service in question. Access the “Other advanced configuration” of the service.

There are four types of services:

1. Basic service: this is a standard service.

2. This service allows several people, but only one appointment is booked: for example, to book a table in a restaurant, to book a session in an escape room, etc. If you check this box, two drop-down menus will appear: one in which you can set the minimum number of people who can access the service and another in which you can set the maximum number.

3. Service that will occupy several agendas at the same time: for example, a couples massage. If you check this box, two drop-down menus will appear: one in which you can set the minimum number of people who can access the service and another in which you can set the maximum number.

4. Service that will occupy only one agenda but for which several appointments can be made for the same time: for example, a spinning class, an event, a training course, etc. If you check this box, two drop-down menus will appear: one in which you can set the minimum number of people who can access the service and the other in which you can set the maximum number.
