Service is what your business offers to customers, so the right setup is necessary to make the booking process as easy as possible for the customer.
To configure everything related to your center’s services, go to the Control Panel under Center Services and you will be directed to a new page where you will see a list of all the services you have configured.
Among the options presented in the configuration, there is the option to configure groups. This option is used to classify services into different groups according to their common characteristics. If you wish to configure groups, select the “Edit Group” button at the top of the page.
Once inside, in the box under the “Name” heading, type the name of the group you want to create and then click Add.
Once you have created one or more groups, go to each of the services and in the editing screen you will see a drop-down menu where you can choose the group to which the service belongs. In order for the changes to be carried out correctly, click on Save before exiting.
If you want to edit or delete the groups, select the corresponding icons for each action in the group list, located to the right of each group. In this way, if you want to edit the group name, click on the first icon and you will be able to change the name in the same box as before. Then click on save and the modification will be successful.
