If you wish to restrict bookings coming from a certain e-mail address, telephone number or domain, access the customer list and click on the Add restrictions button, located at the top of the page.
From here, select the type of restriction you are dealing with in the drop-down box: e-mail, phone or domain and indicate which one in the box below.
If you want only users with a certain email domain to be able to book online, such as your company’s corporate domain, select “domain” from the drop-down menu. Then check “Allow only emails from this domain”, enter the domain and save before exiting.
Below you will have a list of all the restrictions you have created, which you can remove by clicking on the corresponding icon.
