Add more services

Now that you have been able to access the Bookitit Control Panel, to continue configuring your to continue configuring your account, the first thing you will have to configure will be the services.

Services are anything you offer to the customer. For example, a haircut, a facial treatment, an English class, a medical check-up, a cell phone screen repair, a visa, a driving lesson, etc.

In this new screen you will have to write the name of the service and the duration in minutes of the service. You will also be able to set the price of the service, as well as the option of Prepayment if you want your customers to pay online before going to the reservation.

Within the Prepaid box you will be able to set the total or partial price of the service. If you fill in the box, your customers will have to pay at the time of booking the amount you have set. In order for your customers to be able to perform this procedure, you must first connect your Bookitit account with the payment gateway of your choice.

If you want to add a brief description of the service you offer, you can do so in the “Description” box. In this way, your customers will know in more detail what the chosen service consists of.

Before exiting, click on Save, located at the bottom right. If you go back to the previous page, you will see the service you just created in the list. Continue creating as many services as you wish and they will appear in the list.

In addition, in the list, in the description of each service, under “Actions”, the options to edit and delete the service appear.
